Brainfit for Life® is one 90-minute session per week over four weeks. \nJoin our Birkdale Brainfit for Life® class with Accredited Brainfit® Coach Véronique Guilloteau\, starting on Saturday 7 May\, at 10am. \nThe classes will be held in Birkdale Community House. The cost is $210 per person for the 4 classes.
