DESCRIPTION:Your brain needs a regular workout to improve your memory power and the renowned Brainfit® programme could be the perfect “personal trainer” for you. \nDon’t wait! Give your brain a weekly workout while learning some practical\, fun strategies that will give you increased confidence and self-belief regarding your memory. Brainfit for Life® is one 90-minute session per week over four weeks. \nJoin our Browns Bay Brainfit for Life® class with Accredited Brainfit® Coach Véronique Guilloteau\, starting on Wednesday 1 March\, at 1.30 pm. \nThe classes will be held in Rothesay Bay Hall\, Rothesay Bay.  \nThe cost is $210 per person for the 4 classes.  \nTo enrol in this class or ask any questions\, please contact Véronique directly on 021 0345 451 or veronique@brainfit.nz  \nClass limited to 10 people.
