DESCRIPTION:If you’re forgetting people’s names\, losing your keys or not feeling as alert as you once did it’s probably because your brain is not in as good a shape as it used to be. \nJoin our Whanganui Brainfit for Life® class with Accredited Brainfit Coach Bobbie Bryce on Friday mornings\, starting September 3rd AT 10.30 am. \nOne 90 minute session per week for four weeks with a focus on 6 key memory skills that allow people to remain confident\, independent and productive throughout their lives.
