DESCRIPTION:Your brain needs a regular workout to improve your memory power and the renowned Brainfit® programme could be the perfect “personal trainer” for you. \nDon’t wait! Give your brain a weekly workout while learning some practical\, fun strategies that will give you increased confidence and self-belief regarding your memory. \nBrainfit for Life® is one 90-minute session per week over four weeks. \nJoin our Browns Bay Brainfit for Life® class with Accredited Brainfit® Coach Véronique Guilloteau\, starting on Wednesday 17 August\, at 2 pm. \nThe classes will be held in East Coast Bays Community Centre\, Browns Bay.  \nClass limited to 8 people.
