DESCRIPTION:If you’re forgetting people’s names\, losing your keys or not feeling as alert as you once did it’s probably because your brain is not in as good a shape as it used to be. \nJoin our Whanganui Brainfit for Life® class with Accredited Brainfit Coach Bobbie Bryce on Tuesday mornings\, starting 20 April. \nOne 90 minute session per week for four weeks with a focus on 6 key memory skills that allow people to remain confident\, independent and productive throughout their lives. These face to face\, facilitated classes will be held in the Cooks Room\, Cooks Gardens Function Centre.
