DESCRIPTION:August 2023 Night Class Waiting List  \nBrainfit® for Life classes are a great way to help build and strengthen brain connections which serve as a valuable buffer against memory loss. \nTo find out how\, join our upcoming Central Auckland Brainfit for Life® Night Class with Accredited Brainfit® Coach Jude Walter on Tuesday Nights starting 1st August  (TBC based on level of interest). \nOne 90-minute session per week for four weeks with a focus on 6 key memory skills that allow people to remain confident\, independent and productive throughout their lives. These face to face\, facilitated classes will be held at the The Onehunga Community House\, 89 Selwyn St\, Onehunga\, Auckland 1061 from 7pm – 8.30pm.
