Memory Tune Day Three

Hello again,

You have completed your first week of the Memory Tune course.  Well done.

If you have a copy of Seven Second Memory, check out the back of the book for brain-boosting meal ideas. Including more brain food in your diet will improve your overall health, also.

 

 

Remember!

  1. Make a note of time you spend and practice you do to revitalise your brain and memory.
  2. Drink plenty of water.
  3. Prioritise your time to include Memory Tune.

 

Memory Tune Day Three

 

This issue focuses on verbal memory. Verbal memory includes the skills of recalling words that are read, written, sung, or spoken.  You will practise recalling words after you have had a few moments to study them, and then recall information in the form of stories.  Which will you find the easier task?

Have fun with the Brain Wake Up!  Ask friends or family members to try them, too.
