The Lancet has published the results of research into the modifiable (and non-modifiable) risk factors for dementia.
Most of us won’t develop dementia (70,000 people diagnosed in New Zealand from a population of 5 million). And to make the percentage even lower, look at the diagram below showing what we can do to keep this devastating condition at bay. Take action if you need to!
