BLUEBERRY & WALNET BRAIN BOOST BOWL

This simple recipe is packed with nutrients linked to brain health making it a great quick brain-friendly breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. Blueberries contain powerful antioxidants that support brain cell protection, while walnuts provide omega-3 fats associated with cognitive function.

Time:  Under 5 mins to prepare

Serves: 1 person

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Scoop yoghurt into bowl
  2. Layer yoghurt with berries, nuts and seeds
  3. Drizzle with honey
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
